Welcome to RankPath. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use RankPath.

2. Service Description

RankPath is an SEO analysis and monitoring tool that:

  • Crawls website pages to analyze SEO factors
  • Detects issues and provides recommendations
  • Calculates SEO scores and tracks trends over time
  • Provides notifications for significant changes

Important: RankPath provides SEO analysis based on best practices, but we do not guarantee improved search engine rankings. Search engine algorithms are complex and constantly changing.

3. Account Plans and Pricing

RankPath offers three subscription plans:

Free Plan - €0/month

  • 1 project
  • 5 crawls per day
  • Manual checks only

Professional Plan - €29/month

  • 10 projects
  • 30 crawls per day
  • Daily automated checks

Agency Plan - €99/month

  • 50 projects
  • 250 crawls per day
  • Hourly automated checks

Prices are in Euros and billed monthly via Stripe. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

5. User Responsibilities

When using RankPath, you agree to:

  • Only analyze websites you own or have explicit permission to audit
  • Not abuse the service with excessive requests or automated scripts
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use RankPath to:

  • Analyze websites without authorization
  • Engage in any illegal activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Service Availability

RankPath is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high availability but:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may suspend service for maintenance or updates
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • External factors (network issues, target website unavailability) may affect crawl results

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property

RankPath, including its name, logo, software, and documentation, is owned by BRANIE IT. All rights reserved.

Your Property

Your crawl data, project information, and exported reports belong to you. By using RankPath, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RankPath is not responsible for the accuracy of SEO advice or recommendations
  • We are not liable for any business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim
  • We are not responsible for actions taken based on our analysis

10. Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Your email may be used to register a new account

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay for subscription services

11. Privacy

Your use of RankPath is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:

  • We will notify you by email or through a notice on our website
  • Changes take effect 30 days after notification
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where BRANIE IT is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
